Alicia Malone

Alicia had to go through the FilmStruck service, which is a TCM online streaming service in the year 2015. Malone made recordings of Robert Osborne and Ben Mankiewicz's openings in order to try reading them out front of the camera prior to her TCM channel host audition. In 2017, she was a candidate for the Turner Classic Movies presenter position. The company hired Malone in January 2018. Malone has addressed the issues facing women in the film industry in two distinct TEDx presentations. Malone's appearances are on Today program NPR CNN The Movies documentaries MSNBC Access Hollywood E! Entertainment Tonight MTV's Live from the Red Carpet Oscars pre-show and ABC 2019, Live from the Red Carpet. The actress also founded and hosted Fandango's YouTube channel Indie Movie Guide.
